UK Stamp Duty

This funky little plugin calculates Stampduty Land Tax (SDLT), Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and Land Transaction Tax (LTT).

It lets to choose between first time buyers, moving house and buy to let or second properties and displays the current rates.

All very simple and easy to use.

It’s only applicable to the UK but if you want a version for your country it can easily be adapted.
